ionesis

Ionesis is a pioneeristic research in light, sound and spaces composed for a Plasma Organ: a self-made instrument based on ionized Argon gas electrified by twelve high voltage audio channels.
As part of the Quantum Physics, plasma light is a chaotic phenomena been “sculptured” in this work by a dedicated technological platform. Sinusoids, modulated in pitch and amplitude, interfere the unpredictable behavior of energy in a synchronized symphony of multi-electrodes interactions. Visualizing in glass volumes and spatializing using a triphonic sound-system, the plasma of ionesis offers to the audience an unique experience for a cosmological piece.
