The Invisible city is a personal journey through my “city crises”. The city is sometimes our enemy and our cocoon. It makes us feel lonely and invisible. We move across alleys and feel alienated. The city is foremost a physical structure which we adapt to and shape it into a personal experience. Apart its functionality, the city is a personal mental map. We as individuals define its meaning. We are the naked icons which form its character.
My visual approach is a reflection on the old divide between fictional and real representations in photography. The Invisible City is just a myth.
